Instrument Technician
In the Instrument technician. They work in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, power generation, and food processing, ensuring that automated control systems and equipment function correctly and safely.
Their Job Responsibilities are:
Installation and maintenance: Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments and control systems, such as sensors and controllers.
Troubleshooting and repair: Inspect, test, and repair instruments to locate and resolve issues.
Process control: Ensure that equipment and systems that manage pressure, flow, level, and temperature are working properly.
Safety: Maintain the highest level of safety in the workplace by ensuring equipment is operating as intended.
Collaboration: Work with engineers to troubleshoot theoretical or analytical problems and improve instrument performance.
